Nightly Routine (some nights)

I am going to tell you what I did tonight before bed.
I. I put coconut oil on my hair and then a shower cap and let it sit 5min.
II. Then I got in the sower with it still on me and let it sit for 10min. with hot water running on it.
III. Then I took it off and rinsed and showered as normal.
IV. Then I got out and brushed my hair, put in leave in conditioner, and put clothes on.
V. Then I french braided my hair.
VI. Then I put lotion on my feet and then put socks on.
VII. Then I brushed, flossed, and mouth washed my teeth.
VIII. Now in bed!! That is what I do! :)

I LOVVVEEE MUSIC!!

So yesterday I was so sick. I woke up at 7 with a buuggg. I was throwing up and all that jazzy stuff. I was feeling a little better after I was empty of all the food I had eaten the day before. I ate biscuits and gravy today and nothing happened so, I think I'm good! And I lovvveee music!!  post signature

Uppdate

I know it has been a super long time since I have posted... but I have had a lot happen to me since I last posted. I wrote about my Hypothyroid. Since I have grown 2 1/2 inches, lost 13 pounds, and have has sooo much more energy!! I will write more about it later. I turned 13 and got Taylor Swift Concert tickets and went with Allie and Ariana (allie: http://healthyteenwannabe.blogspot.com/ Ariana:
